L&#8217;expressi\u00f3 pren com a base la definici\u00f3 \u00e0mplia de salut laboral, que \u00e9s la recerca per part de l&#8217;empresa del benestar f\u00edsic, social i mental dels seus treballadors &#8230;<\/p>\n<p>El concepte \u00e9s f\u00e0cil d&#8217;entendre: si millora la salut i el benestar dels treballadors tant a l&#8217;empresa com fora de la feina, augmentar\u00e0 el seu nivell de &#8220;felicitat&#8221;, hi haur\u00e0 una probabilitat m\u00e9s gran que estiguin contents i satisfets amb la seva vida, i \u00e9s d&#8217;esperar que tinguin una actitud m\u00e9s positiva cap a tot, incl\u00f2s el treball.<br \/>\nEvidentment, nombrosos factors externs que no pot controlar l&#8217;empresa poden alterar el projecte: crisis familiars, problemes amb la llei, addiccions &#8230; Per\u00f2 fins i tot en la pitjor de les situacions, facilitar eines i afavorir actituds i h\u00e0bits correctes, no hauria de generar problemes addicionals.<\/p>\n<p>Es busca que el treballador se senti b\u00e9 a la feina. A canvi l&#8217;empresa espera major productivitat, un increment del comprom\u00eds personal, disminuci\u00f3 del risc de perdre empleats amb talent i en general la reducci\u00f3 de &#8220;problemes&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p>Segons l&#8217;Ag\u00e8ncia Europea per a la seguretat i la salut en el treball, per cada \u20ac invertit en programes de promoci\u00f3 de la salut en el treball, s&#8217;obt\u00e9 un retorn de la inversi\u00f3 d&#8217;entre 2,5 i 4,8 \u20ac, difuminats entre els conceptes del par\u00e0graf anterior.<\/p>\n<p>Per a les grans empreses i corporacions \u00e9s un cam\u00ed f\u00e0cil. Crear un comit\u00e8, assignar recursos i seguir unes pautes m\u00e9s o menys definides en saberuts manuals, per exemple,<a href=\"https:\/\/www.who.int\/occupational_health\/evelyn_hwp_spanish.pdf\"> la guia de l&#8217;OMS per a la salut ocupacional<\/a>.<br \/>\nS\u00f3n <strong>passos met\u00f2dics i controlats<\/strong>:<br \/>\n-Evaluar la situaci\u00f3 inicial (an\u00e0lisis epidemiol\u00f2giques, tes psicosocials, avaluaci\u00f3 de factors ambientals, &#8230;)<br \/>\n-Definir objectius<br \/>\n-Implantar programes i campanyes<br \/>\n-An\u00e0lisi de l&#8217;efic\u00e0cia dels programes (definici\u00f3 de par\u00e0metres a valorar, estad\u00edstiques &#8230;)<br \/>\n-I Certificaci\u00f3 perqu\u00e8 es visualitzi externament el comprom\u00eds.<\/p>\n<p>El proc\u00e9s segueix la met\u00f2dica de millora cont\u00ednua, habitual en sistemes de qualitat i medi ambient, com la ISO 9001, ISO 14001 o la nova ISO 45001 en prevenci\u00f3 de riscos laborals.<\/p>\n<h2>Per\u00f2 \u00e9s a l&#8217;abast d&#8217;una petita empresa ser &#8220;saludable&#8221;?<\/h2>\n<p>Per descomptat. Per\u00f2 cal complir un requisit previ. Si la seva empresa t\u00e9 conflictivitat laboral, sous clarament per sota de la mitjana del sector, den\u00fancies laborals, absentisme, elevada rotaci\u00f3 de personal, alteracions freq\u00fcents del ritme normal de la feina, segurament la seva empresa est\u00e0 malalta i necessita un altre tipus de solucions.<\/p>\n<p>Una empresa que ja compleix amb els requisits legals en prevenci\u00f3 de riscos laborals, per\u00f2 vol anar una mica m\u00e9s enll\u00e0, seria una bona candidata. Parlem doncs d&#8217;una empresa que funciona i vol millorar.<br \/>\nEls passos a seguir s\u00f3n senzills. En primer lloc, \u00e9s imprescindible el convenciment de la direcci\u00f3, ha de creure en la idea i conv\u00e8ncer els treballadors perqu\u00e8 s&#8217;impliquin en el projecte. Es busca una relaci\u00f3 en la qual tots guanyin.<\/p>\n<p>D&#8217;altra banda, cal una comunicaci\u00f3 flu\u00efda entre l&#8217;empresa i els treballadors, per poder trobar aquells beneficis que m\u00e9s valor aporten al treballador (i costin menys diners a l&#8217;empresa).<\/p>\n<p>Sovint la petita empresa no t\u00e9 la capacitat per posar en marxa grans projectes, per\u00f2 si pot comen\u00e7ar a buscar aquest cam\u00ed amb accions puntuals. Totes les grans travessies han comen\u00e7at amb un primer pas, no importa que sigui petit o gran, el que importa \u00e9s que despr\u00e9s hi hagi un altre pas i despr\u00e9s el seg\u00fcent i un altre i un altre &#8230; aix\u00f2 s\u00ed, sempre en la mateixa direcci\u00f3 &#8230;<\/p>\n<h2>Aqu\u00ed t\u00e9 una<strong> llista d&#8217;accions que poden orientar-lo en la direcci\u00f3 correcta<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Un estil i una actitud empresarial que poden reportar beneficis a tots<br \/>\n-Conciliar vida laboral + familiar<br \/>\n-Flexibilitzar horaris<br \/>\n-Possibilitat de realitzar part de la feina des de casa (nom\u00e9s en alguns tipus de treball)<br \/>\n-Vals per a guarderia<\/p>\n<p>Fer m\u00e9s agradable el lloc de treball<br \/>\n-M\u00e9s llum, millor ventilaci\u00f3, m\u00e9s neteja i ordre, menys soroll, menys olors, millors equips, plantes,<\/p>\n<p>Potenciar h\u00e0bits saludables<br \/>\n-Incentiu per a qui vingui amb bici<br \/>\n-Vals per menjar sa<br \/>\n-Programa deixar de fumar<br \/>\n-Subvencionar assist\u00e8ncia a un gimn\u00e0s.\u00c7<br \/>\n-Pagar inscripcions a esdeveniments esportius (com a participant, per descomptat, no com a espectador)<br \/>\n-Oferta de fruita a m\u00e0quina de vending<br \/>\n-Vals per a viatges en autob\u00fas o metro<\/p>\n<p>Facilitats per a la cura i coneixement de la salut<br \/>\n-Asseguran\u00e7a m\u00e8dica privada<br \/>\n-Vals per anar al fisioterapeuta.<br \/>\n-Vals per anar al nutricionista<br \/>\n-Estudis d&#8217;ADN (nutricional, esportiu &#8230;)<br \/>\n-Revisions m\u00e8diques m\u00e9s completes que les estrictament necess\u00e0ria per PRL<\/p>\n<p>Formaci\u00f3 interna<br \/>\n-Com aprofitar millor el temps<br \/>\n-Curs conducci\u00f3<br \/>\n-Reducci\u00f3 de l&#8217;estr\u00e8s<br \/>\n-Mindfulness, wellness, ..<\/p>\n<p>Nom\u00e9s s\u00f3n algunes idees.
